By accessing or using Baseball Field Notes (“the Site,” “the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Baseball Field Notes is a web-based tool that surfaces daily MLB batter vs. pitcher matchup data to assist fantasy baseball players with lineup decisions. The Service includes:
The Service does not integrate with any fantasy sports platform (Yahoo, ESPN, etc.). All decisions and notes are local to this app only.
You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You must verify your email address to activate your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Paid tier. Access to the full app requires a paid subscription. Pricing is displayed at the time of purchase.
Billing. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or seasonal, as selected). Payment is processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize Stripe to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
Cancellation. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the account settings page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to paid features until that date.
Refunds. We do not offer refunds for the current billing period. If you cancel, you will not be charged for future periods.
Subscription management. Billing details, payment method updates, and subscription history are managed through the Stripe Customer Portal, accessible from your account settings.
MLB data displayed on the Site is sourced from a public API and updated via scheduled automated processes. We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data displayed, including but not limited to player statistics, probable pitchers, and game schedules.
Baseball Field Notes is an informational tool. We are not responsible for any fantasy sports decisions made based on data displayed on the Site.

The Site’s design, code, and content (excluding MLB data sourced from public APIs) are owned by Baseball Field Notes. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.
MLB statistics and player data are sourced from publicly available data. Baseball Field Notes makes no claim of ownership over that data.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data will always be current or accurate.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Baseball Field Notes shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost profits or data loss.
Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.
You may delete your account at any time from the account settings page. Upon deletion, your saved team, notes, and decisions will be permanently removed. Your email address and billing records may be retained for analytics and record-keeping purposes. To request full erasure, contact support@baseballfieldnotes.com.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with or without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
